A lovely respite home in Barmah, VIC for use by pre and post transplant patients, their carers and family. The house was created as a place for patients to rest, recuperate and recover. The two bedroom home is fully self-contained, "wheelchair" friendly and equipped with everything one may need during their stay. Guests only need to bring clothing and food for their stay. Linens may be hired for a small fee. The house has a no smoking and no pet policy. Children under 16 years old stay free. Due to a volunteer board running the property and the generous support of our donors, the organization is able to offer low cost holidays to transplant recipients and their carers/families. All donations received go toward the maintenance and running of the property. Please consider making a donation to the Heart to Heart House when booking your stay.
